# Specifics of the Occupation of Court Translator in the Czech Republic

**Abstract:**The text presents the specifics of the profession of court translator and interpreter. Court translatoura and interpreters are persons authorized by the state to translate and legalize official documents, and the translation texts themselves, which are assigned to the court interpreter, are extremely heterogeneous in nature.
